Frequently Asked Questions

(Q) Can I make overpayments?

(A) Sorry, but we don’t accept extra payments/overpayments on the loan that you are taking. The APR and the monthly payments are fixed at the very beginning of the loan process. We can only accept the monthly payments, or payment in full to settle the loan early.

(Q) Can I have an early settlement figure?

(A) Because of our commitment to the confidentiality of a customer, we do not send an early settlement figure through an email. A customer can know this figure through our loans customer service line.

(Q) Am I entitled for a payment holiday?

(A) We don’t offer any payment holiday, because our loans are based on a monthly repayment figure. However if the authorities are convinced about your financial condition, they may work out an alternative arrangement.

(Q) Can I apply for a loan, even though I am not a homeowner?

(A) We offer unsecured loans at very attractive rates of interest. So it doesn’t matter if you are not having a home to keep as collateral.

(Q) How long can I take to pay back my loan?

(A) The loan repayment period varies from 2 to 7 years, depending on your personal and financial circumstances.

(Q) Can I switch over to a lower rate than what I am paying now?

(A) Immediately after you apply online, you are sent a confirmation that we have received your details. Decision on your application is taken within 24 hours.

If the decision is in positive, an agreement is sent to you for checking the details. As soon as you sign the agreement, we make the final checks and confirm the finalization of the loan. You receive the money through cheque or through your nominated bank account by BACs.

(Q) Can I switch over to a lower rate than what I am paying?

(A) The rate is fixed for the term of the loan. So you can’t switch over to a new lower rate of interest. If you like to take out another loan or borrow additional funds, you may have to apply again. You may qualify for the new rate depending on your circumstances and the loan amount you are applying for.
